Outdoor Fireplace Accidently Summons Fire Department

Info from Licensor: "I took this video from the 6th floor patio at my apartment when somebody on the ground thought our fireplace was a building fire. They blocked off the street for almost 20 minutes and the fire dept. came up and made some jokes and then left."
