Some October range time, Some Oct PREPS for a Miswestern winter.

In the area of Ohio that I live in Residents MUST maintain there lawns and snow removal must be done within 24hrs of snowfall or face fines. I am dreading this time of year and the upcoming winter. I have the tools to handle the snow BUT I do not like dealing with it.
