Marco Rubio: Venezuelan prisoner swap "Put a price tag on Americans"

Senator Marco Rubio put the Biden Administration's recent decision to exchange detained Americans for two Venezuelans detained in the US. The Venezuelan prisoners were detained for attempting to smuggle cocaine into the country. Rubio rebuked the decision saying that the swap tells foreign countries that Americans can be used as a diplomatic "bargaining chip."
