Low Carbs Resistant Starch Arrowroot Bechamel Sauce 4 Weight Loss. Prebiotic Fibres Gluten Free

I am making this Amazing Low Carbs, Low Calories Bechamel Sauce Full of Healthy Prebiotic Resistant Starch Fibers 4 Fast Easy Weight-loss.
Arrowroot is the perfect Gluten Free healthier alternative to any flour or starches when making any of sauces or as thickening agent.

I use Arrowroot Powder as it is much lighter than flour & full of minerals, proteins & fibers.

I add 4 TBSP or 60 g of arrowroot directly in a saucepan on low heat.
Gradually add 500 ml of any milk you like as long as it is full fat milk as we are not going to a dd any butter.
(Arrowroot is naturally sweeter and has a much smoother and velvety texture than regular flour, so butter is not needed for this low fat version.)

Mix the milk in vigorously and constantly as the arrowroot powder is very fine & it might clump up
Add 1 Tsp of pink salt & 1 Tsp of white pepper as per your preference.
Stir all in well & quick.
Cook at low flame for about 15 minutes, stirring continuously.
Add 100 g of grated hard cheese you like like cheddar and or parmesan & mix well. Then turn off.
Et Voila', it's done! Delicious, creamy but super light, full of healthy fibres that help us lose weight easily.
Use it as low fat tasty Topping to any dish.
