Swim: Front Stroke Balance

Using a snorkel (not pictured) , place a kick board under the body. Find balance in superman position. Then alternately move arms striving to continue holding balance. IF you chose to swim (as shown in video below). The movement is SLOW with focus on feeling the max length of the stroke forward without losing board. In max extension, there will be slightly more weight on that hip bone. IE Right arm, right hip bone. When you have balance, switch.
