Russia on Saturday said its troops had withdrawn from the key city of Lyman, located in Ukraine's Donetsk region, which was annexed by Russia recently. Russian troops fled after Ukraine's army "encircled" the city which lies 160 kilometres southeast of Kharkiv- Ukraine's second-largest city. This came a day after Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the annexation of four Ukrainian regions.
