Gang Member attacks Innocent Driver

This is once again the Los Angeles sheriff department. The deputy makes a routine traffic stop walks up to the vehicle doesn’t ask for his license doesn’t ask for his insurance doesn’t even ask him his name immediately reaches his hand and it starts punching the driver. It’s all caught on tape if you people can’t wake up and see what’s happening I don’t know else to tell you
