How I Rent Rooms in My Home and Why I Rent Rooms in My Own House

After a really bad accident left me unable to treat my clients I chose to rent rooms in 3 of my homes. Turned them all in to boarding houses. At first I had no clue what I was doing but really felt lead to try this method of renting out space.

It's gone very well for now

When you rent out the whole home to one family, you are providing an empty house. Who knows how they will treat your space. When you rent out rooms, the space is fully furnished. You get rent per room, and will make almost double with this type of rental then renting out the full house to a family or group.
