Canning Zucchini Bread Jam- Saving The Harvest

I love making and canning jam. Such a blessing.
4 cups shredded zucchini
1 20 oz can pineapple
1 box raisins
1 cup apple juice
½ cup lemon juice
8 TBS pectin
8 cups sugar
Cinnamon
Cardamon
Allspice
Clove
Vanilla extract
Almond extract
