What is a order block in trading?
Simply put, order blocks are an area in trading where governments and big institutions would pile up their forex orders to enter the market or exit existing positions. These players usually cannot buy or sell the entire quantity in one order, so they do it in blocks.

How do you find order blocks in trading?
ORDER BLOCK trading
An order block appears after a strong uptrend or downtrend. Then the order block looks like a bottom or top. Price escapes the order block with high momentum breakout, or it results in a reversal of a trend. Price should not remain held in the order block for a longer period.

What makes an order block valid?

As a Rule of Thumb #3: for the Order Block to be valid, the price must not close below the middle of the Order Block Range as shown in the picture above. This applies to both Bearish Order Blocks and Bullish Order Blocks.

This order block strategy I have created and refined over the past couple of years. It's really simple: Understand the overall market structure on the higher timeframe, identify the highest point since the break of the low or high, look for the order block entry, focus in on a lower timeframe for better risk to reward ratio, set an alert for when price reverses, enter on a wyckoff reversal criteria, follow the trade down to the higher timeframe target.

In just 2 days, there were 90% account gains identified, with SO MUCH MORE left on the table. One of these trades I didn't take - my broker didn't enter it, but the trade ran off to make 40%.
