Day 237 of Let's Read the Bible - 1 Samuel 1, Job 8, Zechariah 11

Today we read about Hannah giving birth to Samuel and dedicating him to the Lord. Job's friend Bildad responds to Job about God repaying for sins and that God is just. Zechariah speaks the words of the Lord about taking over as the shepherd of Israel and how the flock will detest God. The Lord finishes with the Lord prophesying about a shepherd that will rule over Israel that will not care for the flock.
