Vladimir Putin's speech announcing the annexation of four Ukrainian territories

In his address on Sept. 30, in Kremlin’s ornate St. George’s Hall, Putin announced the annexation of Kherson, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia and Luhansk – or 15 percent of Ukraine. He also slammed the West for pushing LGBTQ degeneracy on children around the world
