Potato Soup - Using leftover mashed potatoes | Chef Terry

Every Chef has a soup that they can put together at a moments notice. Some call this "Oh (bad word)" soup! This is mine.

3-4 Lbs leftover Mashed Potatoes
Chicken or vegetable stock (about 16 ounces per pound of Potatoes)
Cream to taste
3 - 5 garlic cloves
Sautéed Onions, As much as you like
Fresh Chopped Rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste
