The Deep State did not form Hurricane Ian to attack DeSantis - 10-1-22

Two loons, DeAnna Lorraine, who ran for Congress in 2020, and Lauren Witzke, who was the Delaware GOP's candidate for Senate in 2020 think Hurricane Ian is the Deep State's creation with "weather manipulation technology" to hurt Gov. Ron DeSantis.
