California earthquakes:

There are many small earthquakes throughout California. There are several earthquakes on the San Andreas fault. The SF Bay area has a lot of small earthquakes. The Petrolia CA earthquakes are of concern. This area had some very strong earthquakes during the La Palma eruption. The largest earthquake in California appeared to be the 4.8 magnitude earthquake in Petrolia, CA. Several small earthquakes throughout Northern California and Southern California.

Mexico earthquakes have happened on land and offshore. A lot of earthquakes. Many earthquakes near volcanoes in Chile, Mexico, and Columbia. The Mexico earthquakes have been in the Global News due to the 7.7 magnitude earthquake they recently had.

Discussed worldwide subduction zones and how earthquakes are around them. Tectonic plates were explained now earthquakes can be around volcanoes.

The International Global News hasn't focused on the ridge earthquakes, yet they are extremely important and can have a significant effect on our planet.

There are earthquakes on the ridges above. There are strong earthquakes on Reykjanes Ridge. The Kolbeinsey Ridge has endured over 1300 earthquakes along with the Tjornes Fracture Zone and the Iceland North Volcanic Zone. The Iceland North Volcanic Zone appears to be a continuation of the Reykjanes Ridge. The Reykjanes Ridge is a continuation of the Mid-Atlantic Ridge. The Mid-Atlantic Ridge has multiple earthquakes as do other ridges. Last but not least, the North Volcanic Zone eventually turns into the Kolbeinsey Ridge. Unfortunately, the North Volcanic Zone is where the Eurasian Plate and the North American Plate meet. These two tectonic plates will continue to spread due to being a Divergent Boundary.

New Zealand has had a lot of earthquakes on the North Island. The video shows how the North Island New Zealand earthquakes have increased again. It's surprising to see that other New Zealand Volcanoes haven't been under unrest status. South Island New Zealand earthquakes have increased as well The Lake Taupo Volcano is under unrest warning and has been for the last week. The Lake Taupo Volcano has had a decrease in earthquakes, despite being under unrest. White Island Volcano is under unrest as well. Taupo New Zealand and the surrounding areas have been subjected to several earthquakes. The surrounding areas have multiple New Zealand Volcanoes that have not been affected by the many earthquakes. The only other volcano that is under unrest is the White Island

Not sure if the global news covers all of the above, but it should be considered global news. If not, it should be considered international news. There are a lot of earthquakes consistently in many places.
