This was happening again and again so this guy had time to record one of the episodes ? I would have exited the plane and said put me on the next one or I am renting a car.
And of course the Airline explanation is complete B.S. Sounds like someone had too many burritos right before the flight. I can't see getting on another airplane. I will just drive it. If I have a burrito problem I can just roll down the window. Welcome to the clown world.
