Today, PUTIN officially annexed four territories in Ukraine, attempting to provide legal cover for a landgrab. At the same time, the Ukrainian army encircled the town of Lyman, which may hold as many as 5,000 soldiers (most likely 3,000). Capturing Lyman would be a coup second only to the counteroffensive for Ukraine.
