I do my best to give my opinion on fitness so that hopefully I can change someones life or at least get them to think differently. We can ALL do it !

KEY NOTES: Try this twice a day on off work days. And remember that it is focus over speed, so do what you can within the 20 minute timeframe.

WORKOUT ROUTINE (MY OPINION):

BEGINNER - 10mins every day
BEGINNER LVL 2 - 10mins twice a day for 4-5 days a week

INTERMEDIATE - 20mins every day
INTERMEDIATE LVL 2 - 20mins twice a day for 4-5 days a week

ADVANCED - 30mins every day
ADVANCED LVL 2 - 30mins twice a day for 4 days a week
