Day 247🥩🔥 carnivore diet weight loss meal prep what I eat in a day keto documentary. I had no snacks today, just 3 meals. I’m feeling the mental increase in performance due to higher fat, however my digestive tract is still not 100% adapted to consuming this much fat and that means I can feel the difference. It’s nothing more than a slight discomfort here and there and I’ve read about this in books so I know it will just take time for my body to adjust.

6:00am - 10 ounces homemade beef bone broth
8:00am - 6 fatrious eggs (2 whole, 4 yolks) scrambled with 1T ghee and salt + bacon (2 strips whole, 2 strips crumbled) + 2T cold ghee with salt
12:15pm - fatrious ground beef made up of 0.75lb organic ground beef + 3 eggs + 1T ghee + salt + bacon bits (approx 3 strips)
5:30pm - 1.0lbs head-on shrimp (12 pcs) + 3T ghee and salt

I (Paul Woolley) am a father of 2 great boys, husband to 1 beautiful wife :), business owner that started carnivore diet to optimize my life, increase performance, and to lose some of that jiggley fat off my midsection. For the past few years, I thought the people that did carnivore and shared it online were influencers doing it to spite vegans and get clicks online, which is hilarious, but I'm now thinking that was not entirely true :)

The reason I got started on this carnivore style of living is because one day while scrolling YouTube I ran across a JRE podcast where Joe Rogan asked Jordan B Peterson about what he's doing to have lost so much weight. Jordan shared his carnivore lifestyle and even shared some of his daughter Mikhaila Peterson story overcoming autoimmune issues on a strict version of this carnivore diet she calls the Lion Diet. I highly recommend you search both videos where they tell their stories. Next, I read The Carnivore Code by Dr. Paul Saladino to get the "how to" do this correctly. And during my daily lunch breaks I would watch videos by Dr. Anthony Chaffee, Dr. Shawn Baker, and Dr. Ken D Berry to learn more about how to do this effectively and here I am, down 55+lbs, sharing my carnivore diet transformation journey.
