Alaskan Apple and Fresh From the Pumpkin Pie | perfect fall pie made from scratch

Pie crust
1c salted butter
2 1/2 c flour
1/2 tea salt
1/4 c sugar
4–5 tbs cold water

Apple pie
2 pie crust
3/4 to 1 c sugar
1-2 tbs flour
1/2 -1 tea cinnamon
1/8 tea salt
4-5 c apples
1 tbs lemon juice
2 tbs butter

Pumpkin pie
2 c fresh pumpkin
1 c brown sugar
1 1/4 c sugar
3 TVs flour
1 tea cinnamon
1/2 tea allspice
1/2 tea ginger
1/4 tea clove
1 tea salt
1 1/2 c caned milk
1/2 c heavy cream
3 eggs slightly beaten

450 for 15 min 350 for 45 min could take up to 1 1/2 hours until the center is set
