Fall asleep fast with this military sleep method and technique:
Start with a relaxing environment. Make your room dark and put on some good white noise sleep sounds to help you sleep fast.
Step 1: Relax your entire face, including the muscles in your mouth.
Step 2: Drop your shoulders and let your hands fall to the sides of your body.
Step 3: Breathe deeply and exhale, relaxing your chest.
Step 4: Flex then relax your entire legs; your butt, thighs, and calves.
Step 5: Clear your mind for 10 seconds by imagining a relaxing scene or memory. You can also repeat the phrase “Don’t think” in your mind for this time.
Practice these steps consistently for a few weeks and you will train yourself to fall asleep within a few minutes. Just put on some good white noise to help yourself stay asleep and rid yourself of distracting and interrupting sounds.

Take some deep breaths, soak in the ambience and find simple, inner peace.
