But, today we’re going to shift, not talk about wins, be vulnerable (because we’re all human) and discuss my biggest professional regret. Which is, paying off my student loans (they were big) in my 20’s, bar none, the dumbest thing I did professionally + financially.  Although I will never forget the emotional burden that was lifted, sending in my last payment, & truly, that was a joyful experience, but, now, years later, what I realize is that this was a blunder of mine - & I want to teach you better, please learn from my mistakes.

Debt, at a locked rate, is, a tool to hedge inflation, inflation being a big discussion lately, what I did to scrape every last penny, to pay down those student loans, should have been more purposely used toward investment real estate, that would have actually accelerated my career, standing, and help pay off those silly student loans anyways.

So first of all, you have to believe in yourself, this is 🇺🇸, there is value in taking chances, and if you’re in analysis paralysis about anything in your life, call me @ 952.258.3100, I love to share advice, & (hopefully) learn from you too, we should all be lifetime learners (education is also on the phone with other people, not just in a classroom, build each other up)
