FSB detains man allegedly planning to attack Novosibirsk enlistment office

Plain-clothed officers detain a man that has been described as being of 1999 year of birth and unemployed.

This follows an attack on an enlistment office in nearby Irkutsk, Siberia, that was followed through by a person of a similar profile.
