Putin Annexation Speech | Russia Declares 15% of Ukraine is Annexed English Translation

On the 30th September 2022 Vladimir Putin formally declared that four Ukraine regions (15% of the Ukraine) this is the largest annexation in Europe since WW2, in today's speech Putin also chose to dedicate a lot of it to the West and its decline. All of this will surely increase tensions between Russia and the West especially as this comes as the Nord Stream Pipeline sabotages have already expanded the rift between both sides.
