Catch Clean Cook Whatever Fish We Catch Next - Mystery Fish!
Catch Clean Cook Mystery Fish!? In this episode, we catch, fillet and cook whatever our next catch is. Whether it is a sandtile, bonito, tuna, grouper or snapper we are going to have to eat it. We crossed our fingers and hoped for the best!

RECIPE:
Coconut Lime Sauce:
Salt
Pepper
1/4 cup cream of coconut
1 Tbsp flour
3 Tbsp of cold water
Juice from 1 to 2 limes
1. In a sauce pan slowly heat cream of coconut with lime juice, salt and pepper to taste.
2. In a separate dish mix flour with cold water. Stir until flour is dissolved.
3. Add flour mixture into sauce pan.
4. Allow sauce to bubble and continue bubbling for at least 1 minute. This is VERY important in order for the sauce to thicken.
5. Remove from heat and leave in pan to stay warm.
Coconut Crusted Fish:
Snapper or fish of choice
Sweetened Coconut Flakes
Panko Bread Crumbs
Flour
Egg
Salt and Pepper
1. In a large bowl mix sweetened coconut flakes and Panko bread crumbs in 2:1 ratio. Ex: 2 cups coconut flakes & 1 cup Panko.
2. In two separate bowls add flour and eggs.
3. Season fish with salt and pepper.
4. Coat fish in flour, then egg, then coconut flake and Panko mixture.
5. Place a generous amount of coconut oil in a large pan. Heat at medium temperature.
6. Cook fish bites until white and flaky flipping halfway through cook time. Cook time will vary based on how large filets are. We cooked our fish for 2-3 minutes per side!
7. Serve with sweet lime dipping sauce and enjoy!
