How To Heal Your Energetic Body

After receiving a download from my higher self today. I have made this new guided meditation on how to heal the energetic body. My higher self told me I was feeling negative for a reason and that reason was to experience this healing myself. After doing the meditation this morning I felt wonderful. So it inspired me to do this guided meditation.
