Lesson 22: What I see is a form of vengeance.. Is this the world I want to see?

This idea describes the human condition. Anyone who holds anger, sees anger in the world sees vengeance to defend, or feels vengeance to attack. Luckily, it is not real! At least 5 times today, practice.
