When S Hits the Fan, you need to able to flee as well as fight through the danger. This requires a synergy between all three energy systems. I coach people to build strength, mobility and to develop both aerobic and anaerobic capacity. This is an example of my daily workouts please critic the video as this is the template for a new app I am releasing.
