Justice, Not State Legislators, Should be Blind - Michigan HB 5473
If passed, House Bill 5473 (2021) would weaken procedures designed to hold judges accountable for their actions and would attempt to strip away important constitutional protections for We the People.
Do the public functionaries assigned to a house committee (like the judiciary committee) conduct the requisite due diligence to research conflicting titles, review written analyses and/or get the back story to unsuitable marketing slogans (such as "one-man grand jury") used by the unidentified perpetrators who wish to "push their agenda" to stop (for example) the 1917 "Honorable and Lawful Way" to remove a public functionary from their position if malfeasance can be proven through an in-depth inquiry?
Follow the Story of Janice and Jody. They will ask the tough questions to keep good governance principles intact for the People, by the People and through the People... The People like Janice and Jody!
