Climate Scam

The USA produces less than 12% of the World's CO² (and falling). China and South Asia produce over 80% (and steeply climbing) of the world's CO² emissions.
If a Harry Potter spell could convert the USA instantly to zero carbon emissions today, the world's total carbon emissions would exceed today's total within a year due to the growth of CO² emissions in China and Asia. The USA's economy, meanwhile, would cease to exist and we would become, overnight, one of the poorest nations on earth.
