Had to subcontract this project because I lack the tools and practice necessary to DIY this split-system HVAC swap. The split Air Conditioning system in the US has become incredibly resilient and long-lived over the years, but its lifespan is not yet perpetual. I hope this video will highlight the reason it cost what it does for the replacement process; it's a huge pain in the rear and involves tools from every MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) trades.
