Incline DB Bench Press/Press Behind Neck Workout!

For this workout I did three sets of the Incline Dumbbell Bench Press for some really high reps, good for more, just have to get used to the higher reps with 55lb dumbbells for 50, 40, 40 reps then finished off with one set of Press Behind the Neck 95lb's for a set of 20 reps. This range of motion feels good as it's easier on the joints and provides a good continuous tension on the muscles!
