Derik, Laila, Wyatt, and Tripp were last seen June 23, 2022 in North Dakota when Derik and Laila were arrested for voiding their custody agreement. The children were placed in foster care and shortly after the police department dropped the charges- releasing both. Laila's children were picked up by the family. Wyatt and Tripp's mother was not contacted about picking up the boys. Upon Derik and Laila's released, Wyatt and Tripp were allowed back into their custody. Derik believes that the world is ending soon and that 'The Great Reset,' is about to happen. Wyatt and Tripp's mother along with Laila's family believe that they are in grave danger. There is a history of domestic abuse from Derik with his previous wives, relationships, and children. Deriks mother, Susanna Schultz (Susie Kuns) is with them. She does have property in Mexico. Derik does NOT have premission to take the boys out of the state and is in void of the custody agreement. Medical treatment has been withheld from both boys, as well as food limiting, and making them 'eat from the land.' Wyatt does have Autism. The police have NOT made a missing persons case on any member, despite custody being void and proof that they are in danger.
