GA State Board of Elections told to stop ignoring the National Emergency

The White House announced Continuation of a National Emergency Relating to Foreign Interference in or Undermining Public Confidence in United States elections. This emergency gives the Georgia State Board of Elections plenty of reason to act and secure our upcoming election using paper ballots rather than the machines yet they refuse to do so. Why?
