Day 246🥩🔥 Carnivore Diet What I Eat In A Day Keto Weight Loss Meal Prep By Carnivore Dad
Day 246🥩🔥 higher fat again today, however I ate an abundance of cheese and I was again reminded that I am still unable to tolerate cheese in large amounts even though the cheese is aged and hard. Once again for like the 10th time, I’m thinking that I’ll just have to get my added fats from meat fat, ghee, and egg yolks :)
8:30am - 14oz homemade beef bone broth
9:45am - 1 grass fed beef patty (0.33lbs) + 2 strips bacon + 5 fatrius scrambled eggs (2 whole, 3 yolks) with 1T ghee and salt + 1 small pcs kerrygold dubliner cheese (approx 0.3oz)
2:15pm - 3 pcs kerrygold dubliner cheese (approx 4oz) + 10 organic air chilled chicken wings (appox 0.85lbs) + 1T beef tallow and salt
3:00pm - after wings had 1 large piece of kerrygold dubliner cheese (2oz)
7:00pm - 0.8lb conventional ribeye steak + 0.5lb conventional ribeye tail fat
I (Paul Woolley) am a father of 2 great boys, husband to 1 beautiful wife :), business owner that started carnivore diet to optimize my life, increase performance, and to lose some of that jiggley fat off my midsection. For the past few years, I thought the people that did carnivore and shared it online were influencers doing it to spite vegans and get clicks online, which is hilarious, but I'm now thinking that was not entirely true :) The reason I got started on this carnivore style of living is because one day while scrolling YouTube I ran across a JRE podcast where Joe Rogan asked Jordan B Peterson about what he's doing to have lost so much weight. Jordan shared his carnivore lifestyle and even shared some of his daughter Mikhaila Peterson story overcoming autoimmune issues on a strict version of this carnivore diet she calls the Lion Diet. I highly recommend you search both videos where they tell their stories. Next, I read The Carnivore Code by Dr. Paul Saladino to get the "how to" do this correctly. And during my daily lunch breaks I would watch videos by Dr. Anthony Chaffee, Dr. Shawn Baker, and Dr. Ken D Berry to learn more about how to do this effectively and here I am, down 57+lbs, sharing my carnivore diet transformation journey.
