Everyone understands the value of exercise, but do you realize why it's so crucial? Your health and your quality of life will benefit greatly from exercise.

I realized that getting regular exercise is not easy for many people but it must be done. When we are young we naturally play and run but as we grow up we are told to slow down, behave, and are conditioned to sit and study. Now we are told to play again, but we don't know how but we need to move. I hope that there is at least one reason for you to exercise to become healthy and I hope this video will help you.
