Emily Tanner | CrossFit Games Athlete & Coach

Emily Tanner competed at this year's CrossFit Games on CrossFit Greater Heights just one year after giving birth to her daughter. While competing, Tanner also coached teen athlete Hailey Rolfe who competed in the Teen Girls 16-17 division.

On top of that, Tanner is the owner/founder of Ascend Athlete, a remote coaching and programming company based out of Houston, Texas.
