Regarding: The Normalization of Incestuous Porn and What It Means For America

I am a big fan of Candace Owens, and often she puts forward good points.

On this, I do not agree with her, or at least what I have listened to so far.

I will listen in full tomorrow, but I did have a listen to the start today.

What is interesting is that her debate sounds very much like the well known, left wing, socialist, anti porn lady.

In the film Candace Owens suggests that it is the left wing who are pro porn. I am not sure about the USA, but in the UK the left wing seem anti porn, and give the same reasons as Candace Owens does in what I have heard so far.

At the start Candace Owens asks if you have seen porn. Then suggests you may feel bad that you have. I see left wing anti porn say the same thing, they try to suggest you should feel bad.

Basically the belief seems to be, if you think porn is bad, then presumably everyone should feel it is bad.

The truth is, most people look at porn and do not feel bad about it.

Next is that line about porn being connected to people trafficking. At this point I ask, please name what porn site has been involved with trafficking people? I suspect none, and if they did, one presumes the FBI would have shut the site down. Also why would a site spent hundreds of thousands of dollars to traffic people, when they can hire a model for a few hundred dollars.

But as I say, feel free to name the sites you claim do this?

The last point I wish to make is that now anti porn people now seem to have widened what they consider to be porn, to adverts, and women on Instagram dancing in underwear.

This is a free market economy. If Candace Owens and others want to go down the road of telling people what they can and cannot do, then perhaps they should vote for a left wing party that does not believe in the free market. Then the problem is, today they may say we believe women dancing in bikini is wrong, and get it banned. The week after you may have people say we believe it is moral wrong for women to go out in public with no cover on hair, and have that forced too. Then a week later, another group demands gay men are not allowed out.

I will listen in full and do a full review on the film in a day or two.
