Finland mulls stopping Russians entering on tourism visas

Thousands of Russians have crossed the border into neighboring Finland in the wake of Russia's announcement of military mobilization last week. The Finnish government, wary of becoming a major transit nation, said last week it will stop all Russians from entering on tourist visas and an announcement is expected later on Thursday (September 29).
