Why did my local council close the parks car park?
I know I am very stupid, so perhaps someone can explain why during the Kipper lockdown, the local council locked down all the car parks at the parks, so people had to park on the main road and children ended up running over busy roads to get to the park.
Perhaps you can get Kipper in car parks, but not on the main road?
However as children were at very low risk from Kipper, were they not in more danger from being run over than death from Kipper?
