In the Quinnipiac survey, Americans were generally sour on Biden's handling of the economy and other important issues. Just 1% of registered voters said the economy was "excellent," while 20% said it was "good." A strong majority of 79% said it was either "not so good" or "poor." When the survey expanded to include all Americans, the "excellent" category dropped below the 1% mark.
