Stages of Grief and Loss
Shock, Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression, Testing, and Acceptance are the five to seven stages of grief that most people are familiar with. Everyone goes through these stages in their own unique way. Grieving is more complicated than most people understand.
Everyone experience loss of some kind during their lifetime. The enemy knows certainly how to hit you where it hurts. Knowing how to let go or dealing with loss can be troublesome. Getting through the pains and hurts of life can sometimes be difficult. Hope this video helps in some way.
