Biden's student loan relief plan faces a lawsuit

The executive order President Biden issued last month canceling a chunk of U.S. student loan debt is facing its first legal challenge. A libertarian group in California is suing on behalf of a man in Indiana. The Indiana man is claiming that loan forgiveness will hurt him because Indiana has decided to treat the cleared student debt as though it were income and subject to taxation.
