WHAT DOES “EQUITY” MEAN… REALLY…. WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO YOU? IF THE ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL WHO IS “EQUITY LEAD” FOR THE SCHOOL AND IS PUT ON A DOCUMENTED PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT PLAN BECAUSE OF A PERFORMANCE ISSUE, DOES THAT AUTOMATICALLY MEAN THE “EQUITY" LEAD” AT THE MOST DIVERSE “PRO-EQUITY: SCHOOL IN CHICO GUILTY OF EQUITY BIAS THAT SHOULD BE PROTESTED BY THE DSA ARMY? NO. EASY ANSWER. NO.

WE GIVE OUR CHILDREN TO TEACHERS FOR A LARGE PART OF THE DAY FOR EDUCATION AND GENERAL GUIDANCE. DURING THE MOST IMPORTANT DEVELOPMENT PERIOD OF THEIR LIVES. THIS IS NOT THE TIME FOR SOCIAL JUSTICE MARXIST TRAINING THAT TEACHES CONFLICT AND DEMANDS NOTHING LESS THAN ATTAINMENT OF THE SOCIALIST AGENDA.

EVERYONE SHOULD DEMAND NOTHING LESS THAN THE BEST FOR THE CHILDREN IN THIS COMMUNITY. PERIOD. TEACHERS AND ADMINISTRATORS SHOULD BE JUDGED ON THE HIGHEST STANDARDS AND IF THERE ARE ISSUES, THEY SHOULD BE ADDRESSED. THERE SHOULD BE NO TOLERANCE FOR AN ADMINISTRATOR WHO IS GIVEN FEEDBACK, ASKED TO COURSE CORRECT, BUT DOESN’T AND GOES CRYING TO THE MEDIA. THERE ARE NO FREE PASSES. EVERY OTHER JOB HAS PERFORMANCE STANDARDS AND EMPLOYEES EXPECT FEEDBACK BOTH POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE. IF THEY DISPUTE THE FEEDBACK THERE ARE ESTABLISHED PROCESSES INCLUDING A TEACHER’S UNION IN THIS CASE.

STANDARDS ARE SET BY SCHOOL LEADERSHIP AND ARE COMMUNICATED TO PARENTS AT THE BEGINNING OF THE YEAR. EVERYONE IS ON THE SAME PAGE. AND IF SOMEONE FALLS OFF THAT PAGE, THERE ARE CONVERSATIONS AND CONSEQUENCES. INCLUDING REMOVAL FROM THAT POSITION. INCLUDING SCHOOL SUPERINTENDENTS WHO REPORT TO THE SCHOOL BOARD AND SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE OVERALL MANAGEMENT OF THE DISTRICT. AND IF THEY FAIL, THEY NEED TO BE REMOVED. PERIOD.

THE SOCIALIST MARXIST LIBERAL LEFT USES THE WORD EQUITY AS A WEAPON AGAINST THE RIGHT OR WHOEVER THEY ARE MAD AT OR WANT TO BULLY INTO SILENCE. THE LEFT HAS BEEN ATTACKING ROSEDALE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION FOR BRINGING DISCIPLINARY ACTION ON ASSISTANT VICE PRINCIPAL JOANA CAMPOS CASTANEDA WHO REFUSED TO LEAVE HER POLITICAL BIAS AT THE FRONT DOOR OF THE SCHOOL. WHEN SHE COULDN’T DO THAT, AND COULDN’T UNDERSTAND WHY PARENTS COULD GET SO UPSET WHEN SHE BRINGS IN A SPEAKER (UNBEKNOWNST TO THEM) WHO PUSHES THE VACCINE - AND SEES NO PROBLEM TELLING LITTLE KIDS TO GET SHOT OR KILL GRANDMA. OR UNDERSTAND WHY PARENTS WOULD COMPLAIN WHEN SHE MARCHED THESE LITTLE KIDS THROUGH THE SCHOOL WITH THEIR FISTS IN THE AIR WHILE SHE TAUGHT THEM ABOUT SOCIAL ACTIVISM. AND SHE OBVIOUSLY DIDN’T TELL THESE OTHER SOCIALIST FRIENDS AND FAMILY THAT MORE THAN JUST ONE PARENT COMPLAINED. DOZENS OF PARENTS, TEACHERS AND STAFF COMPLAINED. AND NO ONE SHOULD GET UPSET WHEN PARENTS MEET WITH THE PRINCIPAL OR SEE THERE MUST BE A LOGICAL REASON WHY THE PRINCIPAL WOULD REJECT HER DEMAND TO MEET WITH ANY PARENT WHO COMPLAINED. THIS IS A SMALL-TOWN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. NOT A BIG CITY SCHOOL IN SAN FRANCISCO OR LIBERAL MARIN COUNTY.

WITH WONDERFUL TEACHERS, PARENTS AND CHILDREN. THIS PERSON WAS A DISRUPTOR AND CREATED A LOT OF PROBLEMS FOR THE STAFF (INCLUDING THREATS).

IF SHE CARED ABOUT THE CHILDREN. THIS WOULDN’T HAVE HAPPENED. AND LAST TIME I CHECKED, SHE HAS NOT BEEN RETURNED TO THAT POSITION. THE UNION DIDN’T GET INVOLVED. BUT YOU FOLLOW THE LINKS, WATCH THE MEETINGS AND DECIDE FOR YOURSELF. THE FACT THAT THE MEDIA WAS ALLOWED TO HELP ENGAGE THE ARMY OF CHICO STATE ACTIVISTS WHO HAVE NO CONCERN FOR THE TOTALITY OF THE SCHOOLCHILDREN IS THE BIGGEST PROBLEM. WITHOUT THIS VENUE, SHE WOULD HAVE BEEN GONE AND THE KIDS WOULDN’T HAVE BEEN INTERRUPTED.

JUST BECAUSE A HISPANIC “EQUITY” LEAD IS DISCIPLINED DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY MEAN THERE IS A SERIOUS RACE OR EQUITY ISSUE. THE FACT THAT WE HAVE A BI-LINGUAL DUAL IMMERSION SCHOOL IN THE FIRST PLACE IS PROOF POSITIVE.

2) DR LEISTER: PHD HEALTH EDUCATION. CHICO STATE. A LOT OF EMPTY WORDS ABOUT HEALTH EQUITY AND HEALTH DISPARITIES AND A BUNCH OF QUESTIONABLE NUMBERS SHE PULLED TO MEET THE NARRATIVE. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM AGAIN? THERE WILL NEVER BE “ZERO” ISSUES. THERE IS NO HEALTH EQUITY PROBLEM. EVERY KID HAS EQUAL OPPORTUNITY TO BE INJURED BY 17 YEARS OF 72 VACCINES, EXPOSURE TO TOXINS IN THE CLASSROOM, FLUORIDE IN THE WATER, INCREASING TIME EXPOSED TO 5G, ETC ETC. 3) ME: MY INPUT HAS BEEN CONSISTENT AT EVERY MEETING BECAUSE THE PROBLEM IS SIMPLE. WHILE EVERYONE SPENDS SO MUCH TIME CHARGING THE OTHER SCREAMING “EQUITY BIAS”, OR “RACIAL BIAS” CHILDREN ARE GETTING SICKER AS PROVEN BY THEIR OWN SPECIAL EDUCATION REPORT PRESENTED BY DIANE OLSEN. 20% OF THE SCHOOL DISTRICT IS ON AN INDIVIDUALIZED DISABILITY PLAN (IEP) WITH ACCOMMODATIONS REQUIRED DUE TO ONE OR MORE DISABILITIES (PHYSICAL, BEHAVIORAL, EMOTIONAL, MENTAL, OCCUPATIONAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL). MY OPINION? SPEND EVERY SINGLE MINUTE FROM THIS POINT ON LOOKING AT WHERE THESE PROBLEMS ARE COMING FROM. THEY ARE NOT COMING FROM THE OUTSIDE BUT THE INSIDE. A PERSON WAS REMOVED FROM A POSITION FOR REFUSING TO LEAVE HER POLITICAL ACTIVISM AT HOME. PARENTS AND FELLOW TEACHERS AND STAFF COMPLAINED AND YET HERE WE ARE.
