Flax Seed Gluten Free Oat Flour

I am not "Gluten Free" myself but my wife tries to limit her gluten intake. She has been told by her doctor to increase the use of flax seeds. She make a bread that is pure flax seed but I find it not to my liking. So I created this recipe.

Gluten Free
Flax and Oat Bread
10 ounces Flax Seeds, ground
1 cup Oat Flour
1 tablespoon Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
3 Eggs
2 Bananas
1/3 cup Coconut Oil
1/2 cup Water
Flavor! I used 1 teaspoon Amaretto extract
