This is a new battle gimmick introduced in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, where you're able to terastallize Pokémon. This makes Pokémon have a crystalline appearance, and make the moves of the same type more powerful. In addition, some Pokémon are able to change type, which depends.

Unfortunately, there is no Eeveelution confirmed, as well as the return of Mega Evolution and Z-moves, despite the latter being exclusive to Alola.
