I started in 2007 and made millions. Here is a flow of what I wish I knew in my 20’s going through a recession.

I’m an investor, founder, syndicator and coach. I invest in businesses, people and guide startups through recessions. If you watch this till the end it might change your life - like it did mine.

Mistake: I started buying cheap condos. I thought because they were cheap, they were good. They were cheap for a reason. No one wanted them. Ever. So here I lost a bunch of money.

Corrective Action: Later I realized that flipping was the key, so I started fixing old properties and reselling them. Here I made a bunch of money.

But, after doing a few, I wasn’t earning enough

Scale and Growth: After talking to some friends who were smarter than me, I started doing short term rentals. I had a bunch of properties waiting to be flipped and I got in early. My properties started filling up quickly and I made a lot of money.

Then, I sold those properties when the market became insanely hot.

If you understand this and can relate, please comment if you want to learn more lessons like this on how to change your life in times of recession.
