Moon-Eyed People

Known by the Spanish as "Otali" or "Otari". Found by the Cherokee Indians, anniliated by the Creeks. They lived in caves, whereshort, bearded people with pale white skin said to have lived in Appalachia until the Cherokees expelled them.
