Why is the West very Uneasy about Chinese involvement in Africa?

We examine this subject-matter in the light of the resolution of the G-7 countries to mobilise $600 billion to fund infrastructure in the developing world.

Our view is that the basis for the provision of such funds is not altogether altruistic.

Selfish reasons, as well as the desire of the West to keep Africa out of the influence of China, are involved. But it is a little too late!
