Bankers Life #3 Clients no longer people, just a MACRO! A cold, unfeeling, & unforgiving algorithm.

A call from the rehabilitation committee, I learned they are basically just doing data entry. Clients are no longer people, just a MACRO! A cold, unfeeling, insensitive and unforgiving Excel spreadsheet algorithm decides how much a client can have of their OWN money.

Remember that suitability form and replace comparison submitted with the application? Yes! Well, all that is NOT included in the MACRO algorithms that will determine a client "Hardship"!

Is Bankers Life and North Carolina setting a new precedent here. Allowing breach of contract to help an insurer and hurt/punish the insured.

Is this just a furthering the profit over people? The transferring of risk from the insurer to the insured? Sure looks this way.

SHADY BUSINESS!
